What it is
PuzzleLive is a free website for putting together jigsaw puzzles online. There is nothing to download and nothing to install — everything runs right in your browser, on a desktop computer or a tablet. Open a puzzle, and you are playing.
Who it is for
PuzzleLive is for anyone who enjoys a calm, unhurried puzzle. The pieces are large and clear, so they are easy to see and easy to drag into place. You choose how big a challenge you want, from a gentle 40 pieces to a demanding 500. And if you need to stop partway through, your progress is saved, so you can come back later and pick up exactly where you left off.
New puzzles every day
We add three new puzzles every single day, and one of them is chosen as the Puzzle of the Day — a good place to start if you are not sure what to play. Puzzles are organised into eight categories: nature, animals, cities, art, food, architecture, abstract and seasons. Browse by category, or just take whatever catches your eye.
Where the pictures come from
Our puzzle images are photographs by talented photographers on Pexels, used under the Pexels License. Each puzzle credits the photographer whose work it is made from. If you would rather play with a picture of your own — a family photo, a favourite holiday snapshot — you can upload it and turn it into a puzzle in a couple of clicks.
Free, supported by ads
PuzzleLive is, and will stay, free to play. We keep the lights on through advertising rather than subscriptions or paywalls, so the puzzles stay open to everyone.
