The service
PuzzleLive (puzzle-live.com) is a free website for assembling jigsaw puzzles online. It is operated by an individual based in Ukraine.
By using the site you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language on purpose, so please read them once — it will not take long.
Accounts
You do not need an account to play. If you create one, keep your email address and password safe and do not share them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Please keep to one account per person. We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms.
Your uploads
When you create a puzzle from your own image, you confirm that the image is yours or that you have permission to use it.
You must not upload content that is illegal, that infringes anyone else's rights, that is sexual in nature, or that shows people who have not agreed to appear.
By uploading an image you grant PuzzleLive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store it, display it and make it playable as a puzzle on the site. You keep the ownership of your image.
We may remove any puzzle at any time and without notice. If you see something that should not be here, tell us at hello@puzzle-live.com.
Our content
The design of the site, its code and its texts belong to PuzzleLive. The stock photographs are used under the Pexels License and remain the property of the photographers who took them.
Puzzles on the site are for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
Acceptable use
Please do not scrape the site, access it with automated tools, reverse engineer it, interfere with its normal operation, or try to get around any access controls.
Advertising
The site is free and is paid for by advertising served by Google. The content of the ads is Google's responsibility, not ours. If an ad seems wrong or misleading, you can tell us and we will pass it on.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep everything running, but we cannot guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PuzzleLive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for this free service is zero.
Termination
You may stop using the site at any time. If you have an account, you can ask us to delete it and the data connected to it by writing to hello@puzzle-live.com.
We may end your access to the site if these terms are broken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and disputes will be settled in the courts of Ukraine, unless the mandatory consumer law of your own country gives you the right to go elsewhere.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the effective date at the top of the page changes, and continuing to use the site means that you accept the updated terms.
